Sunsara OMAM’s know-how for asset management has been acquired through the management of our principal investments as well as the recent addition of over 20MW of plants managed for our clients. We developed proprietary monitoring methodologies, portfolio performance review and asset management solutions to assist clients and investors in implementing the highest standards in asset management practice.

• We manage relationships with the authorities in charge of electricity meters, local administrations and grid operators including invoicing for electricity sales.
• We perform plant financial management and identify alternatives to reduce operating expenses.
• We perform asset appraisal, NAV calculation, and administrative and fiscal accounting management (including payment of taxes, and verification of charges).
• We manage cash flow and prepare financial statements and financial reports to investors, including planning and control (preparation of monthly budgets and comparison with original business plans).
• We manage financing contracts and agreements, including covenant calculation, and manage relationships with the banks/lending partners.
• We manage unique events like insurance claims, site reconstruction, disputes, etc.
• We perform corporate and directorship services.
• We are members of industry associations and actively participate in monitoring and reviewing the regulatory environment.
